Every order placed is packed and shipped with great care and attention. While it’s possible you might not be satisfied, that’s unfortunate, but you can return your product within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Different conditions apply to personalized products.
Personalized products cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized products. This refers to products printed with a name or other text. Products printed in a different color can be returned upon request.
Return procedure:
1. First, check whether your return meets the conditions:
– The item must be undamaged
– The item must be returned in its original packaging
2. Send an email to info@druk-kado.nl and indicate which product you want to return and why.
3. Pack the items and include the invoice.
4. Write the return address on the packaging:Print gift 3e oomsberg 12, 9585PG Vledderveen
5. Stamp the package and take it to your mailbox or PostNL service point. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.
